By using freshies.cc and purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and cadence shown at checkout unless you cancel or pause according to our instructions. Charges are processed by our payment provider. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.
Shipping schedules, box contents, and brands may be described on our website and may change with reasonable notice where required. If we materially change what you receive, we will communicate clearly where practicable.
Cancellation and changes
You may cancel or pause your subscription as described on our site (for example, via the manage subscription flow). Cancellation stops future renewals; you may retain access through the end of the period you already paid for, depending on how your plan is configured in our billing system.
Shipping and returns
We ship to addresses you provide. Risk of loss passes in accordance with carrier terms. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can help. Refund and replacement policies may apply as stated at checkout or in follow-up communications.
